Here are the main changes:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Adjustment of subsidy amounts for heat pumps.<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>The base fee for an air-water heat pump is going down from \u20ac2,100 to <strong>\u20ac1,250<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>On the other hand, you will now receive <strong>\u20ac225<\/strong> per additional kW of power (instead of \u20ac150).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Heat pumps with <strong>A+++ energy label<\/strong> receive a bonus of <strong>\u20ac200<\/strong> (was \u20ac225).<br \/><em>Example:<\/em> For an air-water heat pump with a capacity of 5 kW and energy label A+++, you will receive: \u20ac1,250 + 4 x \u20ac225 + \u20ac200 = \u20ac2,350.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Transitional rule: Did you buy a heat pump in 2024, but it won&#8217;t be installed until 2025? Then you can still claim the <strong>higher<\/strong> <strong>2024<\/strong> <strong>subsidy amounts<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Increase in subsidy amounts for insulation measures.<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Triple glazing<\/strong>: from \u20ac65.50 to <strong>\u20ac111 per sq. ft.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>HR++ glass<\/strong>: small increase to <strong>\u20ac25 per sq. m.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Cavity wall, facade and roof insulation<\/strong> will receive an additional <strong>\u20ac1.25 per m\u00b2<\/strong> to encourage nature-friendly insulation.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>You can now <strong>apply for two subsidies within 24 months<\/strong> for glass insulation.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Want to know more? Deciding faster pays off <\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>If you&#8217;re planning to purchase a heat pump, it&#8217;s smart not to wait too long. The base allowance is going down, so a heat pump will get less subsidy than it did in 2024. This can extend the payback period.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Insulating becomes even more attractive<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Are you in the process of making your home more sustainable through glass insulation or other insulation measures? Then this is good news.
