Include customers in the process from A to Z
Both before, during and after the installation, we fully relieve our customers and inform them. We explain everything without making it complicated. That is experienced as pleasant.
Monitor risks and hazards
Developments in the sustainability sector are rapid. Stay on top of all the trends as well as the risks and dangers. The expected phasing out of the balancing system will have a financial impact. There are solutions, but they may require additional investments. You need to prepare (potential) customers for this as well.
Sustainability is in many aspects
At The Sustainable Boys, the account managers drive electric and we use the latest software to work as efficiently as possible. We also refurbish all sorts of things, use vintage furniture and split waste. That’s not to say we’re saintly bean counters. We too love a barbecue or a ride in a vintage car on occasion! Preserve yes, but you don’t have to get bogged down in it.
Take part in interesting pilots
As a partner of the FWD Smart Living Project, we are helping to build a smart home full of home automation. It is a continuous learning process.
What really makes the difference?
Work with passion! There is a lot of work in the sustainability sector. Even people with little to no knowledge of the business want to get a piece of the pie. This is where things often go wrong. If you do it, do it with passion!
