When is someone a customer?
A person is a customer when the quotation is signed. General terms and conditions apply to all our customers.
Who may specify a customer?
Are you a (former) customer of The Sustainable Boys and invite your friends, neighbors or family using your own name? Then you may participate in this action. We assume that everyone has personally notified their nominated friends themselves. Each person you nominate is a personal connection and appreciates you giving them up. Commercial and corporate sharing promotions are excluded from participation.
Terms and conditions refer friend
Referring should always be done before the consultation. They will receive an e-mail about this action. We will contact your friend by telephone or e-mail to discuss any wishes you may have. Once these have been discussed, a free consultation will be scheduled. The (recommended) friend bonus is always included in the offer. After your (nominated) friend agrees to the offer, your friend bonus is paid out in the next batch. This usually happens at the end of each month. We use the IBAN number that you provided in writing when you proposed your friend.
Multiple submissions per person
If one of your friends is nominated by more than one person, only the first nominee gets the friend bonus. We keep track of this.
Modifying the terms and conditions
