We help customers with smart and sustainable energy solutions such as solar panels, home batteries, heat pumps, air conditioners and smart energy systems. Therefore, we are looking for someone who brings energy, is strong in communication and ensures that customers feel heard and well served.
Your role
In this position, you are an important link within The Sustainable Boys. You ensure that communication runs smoothly, appointments are properly arranged and customers have a positive feeling about working with us. You work together with various departments such as pre-sales, sales, work preparation and service. Thanks to your overview and organizational skills, processes run smoothly and clients get the attention they deserve.

- You support the preparation of our newsletters and customer communications
- You think about social media and how we can better inform our customers
- You help our sales team organize information evenings and events (in consultation)
- you guide new employees during their onboarding and ensure that they quickly feel at home and comfortable within the company
You are the central point of contact in our organization, for both customers and colleagues. You help customers with questions, think of solutions and ensure that they are helped quickly, clearly and professionally. Even when it is busy, you work with a smile, keep an overview and make sure that every question is solved or that it reaches the right person.
In addition, you play an important role within the team. You guide new employees during their onboarding, help them get acquainted with the organization and make sure they feel welcome, heard and supported. Colleagues can come to you with questions about work processes, practical matters, staff regulations and the staff guide.
You act as an accessible point of contact for day-to-day issues and build a relationship of trust with the team. Whether it’s log-ins, internal communications, organizational questions or identifying bottlenecks, you make sure things run smoothly and that people know where they stand.
