As a Financial Assistant, you are the rock of our administration. Thanks to you, everything runs like clockwork: invoices are correct, payments are processed neatly and customers get the financial support they need. You have an overview, love structure and ensure that deadlines are always met. In addition, you are our go-to expert when it comes to subsidy schemes and funding applications; you know exactly how to get the most out of them.
This is what your role looks like
In practice, this means that you process purchase invoices, tightly manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, and carefully check packing slips. Our clients can also come to you: you give clear advice on financing and payment arrangements and actively think along with them. You know your way around accounting software such as Exact Online, and of course you apply the rules around VAT and set requirements.
This is what you bring
- An MBO 3 or 4 degree in a business management field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance and/or administrative role.
- You work carefully, see details and take service-oriented work for granted.
